01
Match storage to your travel day
Ask your accommodation whether it will hold bags before check-in or after check-out. For a station transfer, compare a self-service locker with a staffed luggage counter. Delivery to another location needs a confirmed destination, hand-off and collection window.
Seoul offers T-Locker and T-Luggage services, but their branches, sizes and hours differ. For Busan or Jeju, use the operator's own current location information rather than assuming a Seoul service exists there.
02
Check the four details that matter
- Measure the bag against the locker or counter's accepted size and weight.
- Find the exact entrance or floor and note its operating hours or last collection time.
- Compare storage charge with any delivery, late collection or extra-bag charge.
- Save the claim code, receipt and collection location offline.
03
Build the sightseeing route around collection
Put the storage location and your last sightseeing stop into Trip plan, then check the return route and walking distance. A locker at the wrong exit can add a long detour with a heavy bag.
For delivery, confirm the receiving property's name, arrival date and whether staff can accept the bag. Keep essentials for the journey in a smaller day bag.
04
If storage is full or collection is delayed
Try the accommodation or another staffed location on the same route; check its actual branch details before moving. If a locker code fails, use the operator contact details on the machine or receipt.
Do not leave bags unattended or count on a shop keeping them without agreeing to it. Keep the receipt until you have collected and checked the bag.
