Compare the room and guest conditions
One property can offer several room types. Its main promotional photo may not show the room you are booking. Check whether you are booking a bed or a private room, the bed layout, bathroom, permitted guests and children’s conditions. Decide which features your party needs before comparing prices.

Choose an area around your own itinerary
For Hongdae or Sinchon plans, compare the actual station and airport route. For Myeongdong or Euljiro, check your city-centre outings. For Jongno or Anguk, consider palace visits and the lane entrance you will need at night. If most plans are in Gangnam, compare those destinations; do not assume it is close to every Seoul attraction.
A quoted walk from a station depends on the exit, stairs and building entrance. Check the final route and lift access with luggage, not just straight-line distance.

Ask about late check-in and bags separately
Round-the-clock building access is not necessarily a 24-hour staffed reception. Ask about late check-in steps, access-code delivery and contact methods. Confirm luggage storage before check-in and after checkout separately, including hours and fees.
If there is no lift, check the room's floor and how you will carry your bags. Keep the Korean address so different translated names do not lead you to another branch.

Compare totals on the same terms
Use the same dates, actual guest numbers and ages, room count and equivalent room conditions. Read taxes, extra-person or child charges, breakfast and refund terms. Note the time zone used for the cancellation deadline.
