01
Use the visitor-friendly app
Baemin (배달의민족) supports English, Japanese and Chinese. Its visitor ordering features allow orders without a Korean mobile number. Use the current app's language and account options; sign-in screens can change.
02
Set a precise delivery address
Copy the property's Korean street address, then add building and room details where appropriate. Ask reception whether collection is at the entrance or lobby. Do not expect a rider to enter a hotel room area.
Stay reachable through the app and follow the instructions shown. For a park, use an agreed delivery zone rather than only a general park name.
03
Check the whole order
Check portion size, minimum spend, delivery fee, estimated arrival and the final amount in KRW. Review cutlery and extra sides before paying. Automatic translation cannot guarantee ingredient or allergy information; ask the restaurant when necessary.
04
Pay and collect
Official guidance confirms overseas credit cards and overseas-card Apple Pay support. Actual availability depends on the options shown for your order and your card issuer; payment is not guaranteed.
Review the address and pickup note, then pay using the available method. Keep the order screen open for updates and collect promptly. If payment fails, check the app's help or choose another supported method; do not repeatedly submit duplicate orders.
